摘要
调查了国内外图书馆云服务现状,调查内容涉及云服务平台基础架构、云服务项目类别,以及用户满意度分析。通过调查结果分析了国内外图书馆云服务的特点,并提出图书馆云服务平台建设的基本要求。
This paper investigates the current situation of library cloud services both at home and abroad.The survey covers the cloud service platform infrastructure,cloud service content,and customer satisfaction analysis.Through the investigation results,the characteristics of library service at home and abroad are analyzed,and the basic requirements of library cloud service platform construction are put forward.
