摘要
文章以典型的精馏生产过程为被控对象,PID作为调节器,建立了一个基于Simulink功能模块的精馏控制仿真平台,分析研究在单位阶跃输入信号下精馏控制系统的动态响应[1],以及阶跃扰动作用下系统特性,文章通过仿真结果全面分析了精馏系统的性能特征,并在这个基础上仿真研究了各种不同的改进控制方案[2],为后续精馏控制的实验和工程研究建立必要的基础。
The article established a rectification control simulation platform based on the Simulink function module, in a typical rectification process for the controlled object based on the PID regulator, the rectification control system in the unit step input and the dynamic response of the step disturbances, a comprehensive review the performance of distillation control systems, on the basis of various improvement results of the simulation control scheme for the subsequent engineering research and rectification control experiment to establish the necessary foundation.
