摘要
灾后安置点是社会工作中的特殊社区.本文在提炼需要内涵的基础上,依托深度访谈法对祥园居民的需要进行了探索.研究者发现：物质需要是居民的关注焦点,精神需要、公共资源配置、专业服务也是其关心的议题;震后阶段不同、居民背景不同,居民的需要重点就有所差异.同时,硬、软环境因素被视为其需要不足的主要原因,而居民权能不足及其与环境的互动不佳则未使外致困境得以缓解.研究者还发现,评估的主体、伦理、对象、方法和目标都会对需要测量有所影响.因此,社会工作者应该基于SWOT分析,对服务准备、伦理、方法和研究等方面有其专业考虑.
The purpose of the study is to describe the needs of a post disaster community in Dujiangyan City. An in-depth interview was applied to gather the data. It was found that the physical needs of the residents were unnlet, and they paid attention to the psychological needs, equity of resources allocation and professional services to some extent. And the residents＇ needs vary because of their different profiles and situations in the earthquake. Meanwhile, the external factors were considered be crucial causes of the unmet needs. It was also indicated that needs assessment would be affected by the identity, ethics, methodology and objectives of the evaluators. Finally, some professional strategies were suggested for the social workers in the post-disaster communities
