摘要
通过对高职院校社会服务现状分析,从提升科技服务管理水平、加大师资队伍引培力度、重构科研项目培育类别、科学设置科研考核任务、构建灵活的科技奖励体系、推进技术研发平台建设等方面提出了高职院校社会服务能力提升的建议。
Through the analysis of the present situation of social service in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as improving the management level of scientific and technological service, strengthening the training of teachers, reconstructing the types of scientific research projects, setting up scientific research assessment tasks, constructing flexible scientific and technological award system, and facilitating the construction of technology research and development platform, to promote the social service ability of higher vocational colleges
