摘要
留学生教学已成为医学院校重要的教学工作之一,肿瘤学的临床实习是把理论课程上扩展至临床实践的重要过程,提高留学生肿瘤学临床实习质量意义重大。在教学实践中,青年教师应树立"以学生为中心,教师为引导"的教学理念,立足于留学生教学中存在的实际问题,着力提高自身教学水平和英语交流能力,在教学中灵活运用病例教学法和基于循证医学等教学方法,并注重医学人文教育,通过教学反馈不断完善教学过程。通过临床教学,增加留学生学习兴趣,提高学生临床实践能力和临床思维,总结探索出适合留学生肿瘤学临床实习的教学方法,促进教学质量的提高。
The education of oversea students has become one of most important teaching tasks in medical colleges. The clinical oncology practice course is an important process which extends the theoretical course to clinical practice, and it is of great significance to improve the quality of clinical practice. In the teaching practice, the young teachers should establish “student-centered, teachers-guided” teaching philosophy, based on the problems existing in the teaching of the students, to improve their teaching level and English communication skills, fexible use of case-based learning method and evidence-based medicine teaching methods, and pay attention to medical humanities education, perfect the teaching process through the teaching feedback. Through the clinical teaching, to increase the students interest in learning, improve students' ability in clinical practice and clinical thinking, summarize the oncology clinical practice teaching methods suitable for students, promote the improvement of teaching quality.
