摘要
随着老龄化社会进程的不断加快,人民群众的养老服务需求日益增长。而现阶段国内的养老机构基本处于各自为政的状态,缺乏对老年人进行专业的细分以提供相应的服务,从而难以提供持续性的照料。因此,为保证老年人的身体机能由健康向虚弱转变时,能获得与身体状况相对应的持续性照料服务,建设持续照料型的养老机构成了必然趋势。该文以江西省养老服务中心为例,对其规划与建筑设计方面作了详细探讨,力求打造一个持续照料型的养老机构,为全省养老院项目的建设提供样本和标杆。
With the accelerating progress of the aging society, the demand of the people＇s service for the aged is increasing. At the present stage, the domestic pension institutions are basically in a state of being fragmented, lacking of professional subdivision for the aged to provide the corresponding services, so it is difficult to provide continuing care. Therefore, in order to ensure that the old people＇s physical function from health to weakness, access to continuing care services corresponding to the physical condition, the construction of a continuing care pension institution has become an inevitable trend. Taking Jiangxi service center for the aged as an example, we discuss the field of planning and architectural design. We strive to build a continuing care pension institution, so as to provide a sample for the construction of service center in the whole province.
