摘要
电线电缆导体导电性能的核心控制要素是什么?电线电缆导体截面积(直径)不得低于设计值的本意是什么?监督、设计、监理、施工等单位的电气专业技术人员之间争议不断,极大影响电线电缆复试检验报告结果的解读及项目实施和配合。本文收集总计748组电线电缆直流电阻、截面积(直径)复试检验数据,并对复试检验数据的规律性进行了分析总结,结合理论分析计算、相关制造规范标准,对本题目进行论证分析。
What are the core control elements of the electrical conductivity of wire and cable conductors? What is the intention that the cross section area(diameter) of wire and cable conductor should not be less than the design value? The unceasing disputes among the electrical technicians of the regulator, designer, supervisor,constructor and other organizations greatly affect the interpretation of the report results of the re-test inspection of wires and cables and the implementation and coordination of the project s. In this paper, regularity of the r e-test inspection data of DC resistance and cross section areas(diameters) of a total of 748 groups of wires and cables are collected, and analysis summary is carried out to the re-test inspection data, and this topic is demonstrated and superficially analyzed in combination with theoretical analysis, calculation, and relevant manufacturing regulations and standards.
