摘要
以人民为中心是马克思主义人民观与新时代中国特色社会主义建设实践相结合的新成果新境界,中国革命、建设和改革发展是以人民为中心方略形成的历史条件,新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义是坚持以人民为中心方略的实践基础,坚持党的领导是坚持这一方略的根本保证。在新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义过程中必须坚持贯彻落实这一基本方略,并将以这一方略来检验。
Centering on people is the new achievement and new realm of combining Marxist view on people with the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new age. The strategy is formed under the historical condition of Chinese revolution, construction and reform development, with the practical basis of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the fundamental guarantee of upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China. In the new age, the basic strategy must be carried out during the period of sticking to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and will be tested by the strategy.
