摘要
我国正处于经济转型的重要时期;在这个时期里,制度建设意义重大。我们不仅应该大量建立、健全各种制度,还必须注重提高各种制度的适应性效率。我国在提高制度的适应性效率的问题上取得了很好的成绩,但是也面临制度效率的缺失。应该从转型方式选择、制度创设以及制度实施等方面入手,致力于提高制度适应性效率,促进转型的实现和经济的增长。
Our country is in an important period of economical transition now; in this period, the construction of institutions will play a very significant role. We need not only to establish and perfect the institutions, but also to put more attention to improving the adaptive efficiency of them. We have made a great success in this problem, but we still need to face the losses of the efficiencies. We should improve the adaptive effi- ciencies of institutions to advance the transition and the economy increase, via the aspects of selection of transition ways, the construction and the practice of institutions.
