摘要
随着台海局势逐步趋于缓和与稳定,两岸关系开始进入一个和平发展的历史＂机遇期＂。在实现两岸经济关系正常化、推动经济合作制度化的进程中,具有明显区位优势的海峡西岸完全可以先行先试,进一步发挥＂近台快攻＂的独特优势,探索和实践两岸区域整合的发展构想,全面开展对台直接交流,积极落实惠台政策,通过建立两地经济合作机制,加快推进海峡西岸经济区建设,深化对台合作关系。
Cross-strait relations have entered a peaceful development of the historical ＂opportunity＂ while the situation in the Taiwan strait gradually tends to ease and stability. In the process of achieving the normalization of cross-strait economic relations and promoting institutionalization of economic co-operation, weat side of the taiwan strait qualified with obvious unique advantages geographical a Near Taiwan dvantages completely can pilot, further develop the to explore and practice the concept of regional integration cross-strait, development and to fully carry out direct exchanges with Taiwan, actively implement the policy of Taiwan Preference. We should Deepen the cooperative relations with Taiwan through the establishment of economic co-operation mechanism between the two places like Accelerating the building of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits .
