摘要
本文系统梳理和总结了深圳特区成立30余年来的社会建设工作，以改善民生为重点，不断推进社会体制改革与社会管理创新，取得了营造良好社会环境、初步构建符合深圳实际的新模式等绩效和经验，从跟踪潜在风险点、健全长效机制等方面提出了政策建议。
Ever since ks establishment in 1980, Shenzhen special economic zone has always focused on the improvement of people＇s livelihood. With constant promotion of social reform and innovation of social management, a new devebping model suited to the situation of Shenzhen has taken shape as well as a harmonious social environment. Besides generalizing successful experience in its social construction, this article also offers some suggestions on tracking potential risks and perfecting bng-term mechanism, etc.
