摘要
权力治理机制对网络整体效能的提升难以兼顾个体公平性,权力侵蚀削弱弱势企业绩效。基于核心企业权力治理的基本逻辑,将核心企业网络权力划分为结构权力和知识权力,提出关系承诺能够约束核心企业网络权力,从工具性承诺和情感性承诺两维度分析关系承诺对核心企业网络权力与弱势企业绩效的调节效应。采用分层线性模型实证检验结果显示:(1)情感性承诺能够有效约束核心企业网络权力,并正向调节核心企业网络权力对弱势企业绩效的影响;(2)工具性承诺不能有效约束核心企业网络权力,在核心企业网络权力对弱势企业绩效的影响中无调节作用。
It is difficult to improve the overall efficiency of network by power governance mechanism, and it is difficult to take into account the individual fairness, and the power erosion weakens the performance of the weak enterprises. Based on basic logic of governance of the core enterprise power, this paper divides the core enterprise network power into structural power and knowledge power, and proposes that the relationship commitment can restrain the core enterprise network power. From the perspective of instrumental commitment and affective commitment, this paper analyzes the regulatory effect of relationship commitment on the network power of core enterprises and the performance of weak enterprises. The empirical results of hierarchical linear model show that:(1) The core enterprise's network power can be effectively restrained, and the influence of network power of core enterprises on the performance of weak enterprises is positively regulated;(2) The instrumental commitment cannot effectively restrain the network power of the core enterprise, the influence of network power on the performance of weak enterprises is not regulated in the core enterprise network power.
