摘要
习近平总书记指出,标准决定质量,只有高标准才有高质量。党的十九大报告明确提出实施乡村振兴战略,如何以标准化手段推动农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展是新时代标准化建设的重要任务。本文以成都市农业标准化实践为例,解析乡村振兴战略对标准化发展的现实需求,分析目前存在的困难和问题,并探索提出标准化服务乡村振兴战略的技术对策。
President Xi Jinping pointed out that standards determine quality, and only high standards have high quality. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party clearly puts forward the strategy of the rural revitalization. How to promote the overall upgrading of agriculture,the overall progress of rural areas and and the allround development of farmers by means of standardization is an important task of standardization construction in the new era. Taking the practice of agricultural standardization in Chengdu city as an example, this paper analyzes the realistic demand of the rural rejuvenation strategy for the standardization development and the difficulties, putting forward the technical countermeasures of the standardization serving the rural rejuvenation.
