α-AlH_3的恒温热分解动力学研究

摘要 采用恒温热失重法研究了α-AlH_3的热分解过程,得到了α-AlH_3的动力学方程,计算了动力学参数。结果表明,α-AlH_3在热分解时符合Avrami-Erofeev方程,加速期和衰退期的Avrami指数n分别为3和2,表明在加速期反应时受到Al核三维生长控制,而在衰退期反应则是受到Al核二维生长控制。运用动力学方程计算了135℃恒温热分解的转化率(φ(t)),与实验测量值一致,认为该动力学方程可用于估算其他温度的热分解过程。 In this study, the kinetic equations of α-AIH3 powder has been obtained with kinetic coefficients using isothermal thermogravimetrie experiments.The results show that the kinetic model follows Avrami-Erofeev equation and n (Avrami-parameter) of acceleratory and decay period is 3 and 2, respectively.It has been demonstrated that the decomposition is controlled by mechanism of a three-dimensional growth of A1 nuclei in acceleratory period and two dimensional nuclei growth mechanisms during decay peri- od.In addition,we predicted the percent conversion (φ(t)) of isothermal decomposition at the 135 ℃ , which is great agreement with the experimental results using the obtained kinetic equation. It suggests that the kinetic equation can be used to estimate the process of α-AlH3 isothermal decomposition at different temperature.
