摘要
工程预算是建筑工程造价管理中的重要内容,对提高工程质量,节约企业成本具有至关重要的作用。基于此,就工程预算在建筑工程造价管理中的重要性进行研究。就建筑工程预算和工程造价管理的概念进行简述,结合当前建筑工程发展的实际情况,就工程预算在建筑工程造价管理中的重要性进行分析,并根据当前工程预算中存在的问题,提出一些针对性的解决措施,从而提升造价管理的水平。
Project budget is an important part of the cost management of construction projects, which plays a vital role in improving the quality of projects and saving the cost of enterprises. Based on this, the importance of project budget in construction cost management is studied. This paper briefly introduces the concept of construction project budget and project cost management, and analyzes the importance of the project budget in the construction cost management according to the actual situation of the current construction project development, and puts forward some pertinent solutions according to the existing problems in the current project budget so as to improve the cost management.
