摘要
对2Cr13不锈钢经过980℃淬火后分别在600、650和700℃的回火温度下进行了调质处理,分析了不同回火温度对2Cr13不锈钢组织及力学性能的影响。采用TEM对退火态以及不同回火温度时2Cr13不锈钢的微观组织演变规律及其强化机理进行了研究。结果表明:在本文的实验回火温度范围内,600℃回火时2Cr13不锈钢具有最优的综合力学性能,其强化机理为固溶强化、相变强化以及细晶强化的综合作用效果。
Effects of different tempering temperatures(600, 650 and 700 ℃) on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2 Cr13 stainless steel after quenching at 980 ℃ were investigated. Microstructure evolution and strengthening mechanism of the 2 Cr13 stainless steel at different tempering temperatures and annealing state were studied by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that in the range of tempering temperature in this paper, the 2 Cr13 stainless steel after tempering at 600 ℃ has the best comprehensive mechanical properties, and its strengthening mechanism is the comprehensive effect of solid solution strengthening, phase transformation strengthening and fine grain strengthening.
