摘要
目的：分析心理护理在多发脑梗死伴发精神障碍患者中的效果。方法：选取2016年2-12月我院收治的多发脑梗死伴发精神障碍患者50例,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。给予对照组常规护理干预,给予观察组实施心理护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后精神状况改变和自助活动能力恢复情况。结果：护理后观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale,HAMD）评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=-5.501,P〈0.05）;观察组日常生活活动能力（Activities of daily living,ADL）评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=8.523,P〈0.05）。结论：心理护理有利于改善多发脑梗死伴发精神障碍患者的精神状态,提高患者自主生活能力。
Objective：To analyze the effect of psychological nursing care on patients with multiple cerebral infarction accompanied by mental disorders. Methods： We selected 50 aged patients with multiple cerebral infarction accompanied by mental disorders from our hospital receiving in Feb.2016 to Dec.2016,which were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 25 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given psychological nursing care. We compared the mental condition change and self-help activity recovery in the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results：After nursing,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ t =-5.501,P〈0.05）,and the score of daily living activity（ Activities of daily living,ADL） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ t = 8.523,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing is beneficial to improve the mental state of patients with multiple cerebral infarction accompanied by mental disorders and improve their independent living ability.
