摘要
目的:探究对急性拇指掌指关节尺侧副韧带(ulnarcollateralligament,UCL)损伤患者进行改良缝合法韧带重建术的效果。方法:81例将其分为2组,常规组40例行抽出钢丝法,改良组41例采用改良缝合韧带重建方法,对比2组手术效果、术后握力、指尖捏力、疼痛视觉模拟评分、整体外观及并发症情况。结果:2组总体疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VisualAnalogueScale,VAS)评分、握力、指尖捏力及并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);改良组整体外观评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性拇指掌指关节尺侧副韧带患者实施改良缝合法韧带重建术,总体效果及患者功能恢复良好,外观较佳且术后并发症较少,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the effect of modified suture ligament reconstruction in patients with acute metacarpophalangeal joint ulnar collateral ligament （ ulnar collateral ligament, UCL ） injury. Methods： 81 patients with acute thumb metacarpophalangeal joint UCL injuries were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the method of drawing lots. The routine group took the wire extraction method in 40 cases and the modified group took the modified suture in 41 cases . The ligament reconstruction method was used to compare the effects of the two groups on surgical outcomes, postoperative grip strength, fingertip pinching force, pain visual analog score, overall appearance, and com- plications. Results： There was no significant difference in overall efficacy, pain visual analog score （ Visual Analogue Scale, VAS ） score, grip strength, fingertip pinching force and complication rate between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. The overall appearance score of the improved group was higher than that of the conventional group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The modified suture ligament reconstruction in the ulnar collateral ligament of the acute thumb metacarpophalangeal joint has a good overall effect and good functional recovery. The appearance is better and the postoperative complica- tions are less. It is worthy of promotion.
