摘要
目的:观察双柏散外敷联合针灸治疗进行痛风性关节炎(AGA)的临床效果。方法:选择57例,随机分为对照组(n=28)和研究组(n=29)。其中对照组患者给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,研究组给予双柏散外敷联合针灸治疗。2组患者的治疗时间均为7d,对治疗效果相关指标进行观察和比较。结果:研究组治疗7d总有效率为89.7%,显著高于对照组的67.9%(P<0.05);2组治疗7d后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著降低,治疗后研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛缓解时间平均为(2.51±1.24)d,明显短于对照组的(4.63±2.09)d(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较无显著性差异,治疗后均明显降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(7.1%VS0.0%,P>0.05)。结论:双柏散外敷联合针灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床效果确切,其可快速、显著缓解患者关节疼痛,减轻炎症反应,控制病情进展,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shuangbai powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gouty arthritis （ AGA ）. Methods： 57 cases of AGA patients were randomly divided into the control group （ n=28 ） and the study group （ n=29 ）. The patient in the control group were treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-release capsules, and the study group were treated with Shuangbai powder combined with acupuncture. The relevant indicators of treatment effect were observed and compared. Results： the total effective rate in the study group was 89.7%, which was significantly higher than the 67.9% of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, and the visual analogue score （ VAS ） score of the two groups decreased significantly after the treatment, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The average pain relief time in the study group was （ 2.51 ± 1.24 ）d, significantly shorter than （ 4.63 ± 2.09 ）d in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the level of C reactive protein （ CRP ） in the two groups before treatment, and both significantly decreased after treatment, and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （7.1% VS 0.0%, P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Shuangbai powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis is exact. It can quickly and significantly alleviate the pain of the joints, alleviate the inflammatory reaction, control the progress of the disease, and have no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
