摘要
高校学生党建工作在动员大学生入党和入党教育的中有着种种困难,为保证为党组织输送和培养优秀青年党员,需要在党建工作模式中做出改变以迎合时代潮流。现以成都中医药大学临床医学院为试点,建立学生党建工作型社团,以支部老师为指导,以学生为工作主力,形成以学带学的动员和再教育的工作模式。在此基础上,打造了新媒体党建宣传平台,开展了多形式志愿服务活动和优秀同学演讲分享活动,以从视、听、行、思等多方面全方位影响青年党员预备力量。
The party building work of university students has many difficulties in mobilizing university students to join the party. In order to ensure the transportation and training of outstanding young Party members for Party organizations, we need to make changes in the party building work mode to cater for the trend of the times. With the experimental school of clinical medicine of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a pilot project, a student party building working association has been established. Guided by the teachers of the branch, and taking the students as the main force, the work mode of mobilization and reeducation with learning and learning is formed. On this basis, the new media party building propaganda platform has been built, and many forms of voluntary service activities and excellent students＇ speech and sharing activities are carried out in order to influence the young Party members＇ preparatory power from many aspects, such as seeing, listening, doing and thinking.
