创新驱动发展战略下制造业人力资源发展状况研究——以东莞为例

摘要 在创新驱动发展战略指导下,在制造业转型升级的关键时刻,全面分析作为典型制造业名城的东莞企业的人力资源状况,发现现阶段其人力资源与创新驱动发展战略下制造业转型升级不相适应的突出问题,尤其是高技能人才短缺问题,提出要培育、开发、吸引、留住高技能人才,进而解决制造业创新驱动发展过程中遇到的难题,以期帮助制造业顺利转型升级,保证其健康可持续的发展。 Under the guidance of innovation-driven development strategy and at the critical moment of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the human resources situation of Dongguan enterprises as a typical manufacturing city,and finds out that the human resources of Dongguan enterprises are not suitable for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry under the innovation-driven development strategy at this stage,especially the shortage of high-skilled personnel.In order to help the manufacturing industry transform and upgrade smoothly and ensure its healthy and sustainable development,it is necessary to cultivate,develop,attract and retain high-skilled personnel to solve the problems encountered in the process of innovation-driven development of manufacturing industry.
