摘要
针对平面激光切割机床在进行连续线段切割运动时,因速度的频繁变化,要求激光发射强度同时进行良好地匹配,但由于激光强度的改变有一定的滞后,很难理想化。本文提出自适应前瞻拟合速度优化技术,在确保运动平稳的同时,尽可能地减少连续线段在运动中的速度变化。通过对切割文件的数据优化处理,加注图形属性,将该技术应用在平面激光切割机床上,效果显著。
For planar laser cutting machine in continuous line cutting motion, because of the speed change frequently,requirement of laser intensity and good matching,but due to changes in the intensity of the laser has a certain lag,it is difficult to idealize. The adaptive prospective fitting speed optimization technique is proposed to minimize the velocity change of continuous line segment in motion while ensuring stable motion. By optimizing the data processing of cutting documents and adding graphics attributes, this technology is applied to the planar laser cutting machine tool with remarkable effect.
