摘要
采用橡胶减振垫可以降低机床导轨防护罩运行过程中产生的振动;选取颈式减振垫作为研究对象,用Abaqus分别对4种不同的橡胶材料进行了有限元仿真分析;得出减振垫失效位置;为导轨防护罩减振器设计提供依据。
The vibration of the protective cover of machine guideway can be reduced by using rubber anti-vibration pad. The necking typed pad is selected as the researching object. The finite element simulation analysis of four different rubber materials were established on Abaqus. According numerical simulation, the failure position of the pad is obtained. Which provides data for design of guideway.
