摘要
目的探讨模式化全程孕期保健对孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2016年10月～2017年10月间接收的孕妇共1158例,将其随机分组,给予模式化全程孕期保健者设定为观察组,给予常规孕期保健者设定为对照组,每组579例,对两组孕妇妊娠结局及分娩方式进行比较,评估方案的应用价值。结果观察组中,自然分娩率为90.16%,剖宫产率为9.84%,难产率为0.00%,对照组中,自然分娩率为66.67%,剖宫产率为31.61%,难产率为1.72%,两组自然分娩率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。此外,妊娠不良结局方面,观察组为5.53%,对照组为26.23%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论为了提高自然分娩率,提前筛查出高危妊娠,及时干预。降低妊娠不良结局发生率,保证母婴健康平安,建议对孕妇实施模式化全程孕期保健干预。
Objective To explore the effect of whole course health care during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women. Methods A total of 1158 pregnant women were recruited from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital.Randomly divided into groups,the model group was given the observation group during the whole period of pregnancy,and the control group given routine pregnancy care as the control group Group,579 in each group.The pregnancy outcome and delivery mode of two groups of pregnant women were compared to evaluate the value of the program. Results In the observation group,the rate of natural delivery was 90.16%,the rate of cesarean section was 9.84% and the rate of dystocia was 0.In the control group,the rate of spontaneous delivery was 66.67%,the rate of cesarean section was 31.61% and the rate of dystocia was 1.72 %,The two groups of natural childbirth rate contrast,the difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）.In addition,adverse pregnancy outcomes,the observation group was 5.53%,eontrol group was 26.23%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In order to improve the rate of natural ehildbirth, early sereening of high-risk pregnaney,timely intervention.Reduce the ineidenee of adverse pregnaney outeomes to ensure the health and safety of mothers and babies,it is reeommended that pregnant women implement a full mode of health eare during pregnaney intervention.
