5A06铝合金活性TIG焊接头组织与性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用防锈铝合金专用活性剂,进行5A06铝合金TIG焊接试验,研究5A06铝合金活性TIG焊接头的组织与性能。使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察焊接接头的组织形貌,用电子探针分析焊缝区域的化学成分变化,并通过拉伸、断口观察等试验分析活性剂对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:与常规TIG焊相比,活性TIG焊的焊缝组织细密,基本不存在气孔、裂纹等焊接缺陷;活性TIG焊接头的拉伸强度、综合断裂伸长率和显微硬度均得到提高,焊接接头的性能良好。 The anti-rust aluminum alloy special active agent was used for the TIG welding test of 5 A06 aluminum alloy. The microstructure and properties of activating TIG welded joints of 5 A06 aluminum alloy were studied. The microstructure of the welded joint was observed using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The chemical composition of the weld zone was analyzed using electron probe,and the effect of the active agent on the mechanical properties of the welded joint was analyzed by tensile test and fracture observation. The results show that,compared with the conventional TIG welding,the weld microstructure of the activating TIG welding is fine,and there are basically no weld defects such as pores and cracks. The tensile strength,elongation and microhardness of the activating TIG welded joint are improved.
