管电极精密振动电解加工斜方孔实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对航空制造领域内型孔加工效率低、精度不高、孔口表面质量差等问题,采用复合管电极振动进给和脉冲电解技术加工方法实现斜方孔加工。一方面,通过管电极小幅振动进给与脉冲电解开关精准配合,强化了电解加工阳极溶解的定域性;另一方面,管电极的振动起到了局部搅动电解液、促进加工间隙流场的分布均匀性的作用。结果表明:相较于常规电解加工,采用管电极精密振动电解加工大幅提高了斜方孔的加工精度和稳定性。 This paper demonstrates the method of shaped tube precision-vibrating electrochemicaldrilling inclined square hole,which aims at improving machining efficiency,precision and surfacequality. A method that composites tube electrode vibration feed and pluse electrochemical machiningare used to process the inclined square hole. On the one hand,through the small vibration of the tubeelectrode as same as the pulse power localization of electrolytic process anode dissolution,on the otherhand,the vibration of the tube electrode plays a role of local disturbance of electrolyte,and promotesthe distribution uniformity of flow filed in machining gap. The results show that composition of tubeelectrochemical machining has improved the precision and stability of machining inclined holes.
