摘要
对热镀锌板锌渣缺陷形成机理进行了分析,并分析了沉没辊上锌渣的形成过程;通过控制好锌液中的Al含量、选择合理的锌液温度和带钢入锌锅温度、保证带钢表面清洁等措施,可以有效减少锌渣缺陷的产生,提高镀锌板表面质量,满足汽车、家电板客户高表面质量的要求。
The formation mechanism of zinc slag defects on hot galvanized sheet was analyzed. By controlling the A1 content in the zinc liquid, choosing reasonable zinc liquid temperature and the temperature of the strip feeding the zinc pot, ensuring the strip surface clean and so on, the occurrence of zinc slag defects can be effectively reduced and the surface quality of the galvanized sheet can be improved, and the high surface quality requirements of automobile and household appliances can be met.
