摘要
目前在中医方剂数据挖掘方面的研究成果较多,但应用决策树算法对蒙医方剂配伍规律进行数据挖掘的研究几乎空白。然而决策树不仅是分类的最好手段,而且挖掘结果所对应的决策树可直接生成关联规则,是方剂配伍规律研究的有效方法。文中将C4.5决策树算法应用于蒙医方剂配伍规律研究中并给出了数据预处理方法,编制了使用方便的程序,可挖掘方剂药物组成与主治和功能的关系。采用《传统蒙药与方剂》中治疗"赫依病"的27个方剂进行实验,得到了决策树和相应的关联规则。蒙医药学是中华民族医学的重要组成部分,有着独特的理论和方法,目前尚未见到将决策树应用于蒙医方剂数据挖掘的文献,因此文中方法的推广及应用对蒙医方剂配伍规律的研究开辟了新途径。
The decision tree has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) prescription data mining research work,while the application of decision tree algorithm to the data mining of Mongolian medicine prescription compatibility rules is almost blank. The decision tree is the best method for classification,and the decision tree corresponding to the mining results can directly generate association rules. Therefore,it is an effective method for the study of prescription compatibility rules. In this paper,the C4. 5 decision tree algorithm is applied to the study of compatibility rules of Mongolian medicine prescriptions,the data pretreatment method is given,and the easy-to-use procedures are compiled,which can be used to discover the relationship between prescription medicine constituents and the indications and functions. 27 prescriptions for the treatment of "Heyi disease"in "Traditional Mongolian Medicine and Prescriptions"were used for experiments,and a decision tree and corresponding association rules were obtained. The traditional Mongolian medicine is an important part of Chinese medicine and has unique theories and methods. There is little literature that applies decision trees to Mongolian medical prescription data mining. Therefore,the popularization and application of the method in the paper opens new ways for the research on the compatibility rules of Mongolian medicine prescriptions.
