摘要
为支持合理配置高速公路安全设施,建立包含15个指标的高速公路安全设施评价体系,提出一种考虑最优解和最劣解的改进型Borda组合评价方法,并给出组合评价法的操作步骤和数值计算方法。选取四川省5条高速公路为样本,分别应用灰色逼近理想解排序法、熵权法、功效系数法、模糊综合评价法以及改进的模糊Borda组合评价法,评价并对比分析样本。结果表明:模糊Borda组合评价法与4种单一评价方法的Spearman等级相关系数均等于或大于0.9,组合评价方法兼容度为0.98,说明该评价方法具有较高的可信度。
In order to provide decision-making reference for rational allocation of expressway safety facilities,an evaluation system of expressway safety facilities consisting of 15 indicators was established.An improved Borda combination evaluation method considering optimal solution and worst solution was worked out, the operational steps and numerical calculation methods of the method were given.5 expressways in Sichuan province were selected as samples,the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution method and entropy value method, efficacy coefficient method, fuzzy synthetic evaluation and improved fuzzy Borda combined evaluation method were used to evaluate and compare the samples. The results show that Spearman rank correlation coefficients between the fuzzy Borda combination evaluation method and the four single evaluation methods are equal to or greater than 0.9,and the compatibility degree of the combination evaluation method is 0.98. It shows that the use of this method is highly credible.
