摘要
以宁波市江东区百丈街道为例,基于GIS技术,在考虑城市建筑台阶离地高度的基础上,对城市数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)进行修正,形成建筑修正DEM,并通过构建城市易积水区提取工具以及水深计算工具,实现了易积水建筑物自动化提取,并采用脆弱性曲线建立了水深-灾损率之间的关系,对百丈街道内10个社区进行水灾风险评估,为城市水灾管理提供了技术支撑。
Cities,especially coastal cities have been frequently suffering from the waterlogging caused by typhoon or rainstorm.The study of risk assessment in urban community caused by the water logging is beneficial for the construction of flood decision-making and management system,and is conducive to the preparation and prevention for the water suffering area.We choose Baizhang street in Jiangdong District of Ningbo city as the study subject,use GIS technology to rectify the digital elevation model(DEM)based on the height of urban building steps.With the revised urban DEM and the construction of automatic tools to extract the urban waterlogging area and calculate the water depth,we could extract automatically the buildings prone to be drown,and evaluate the water risk of community in Baizhang street based on the vulnerability curve between depth and disaster loss rate,thus provide the technical support for urban waterlogging management.
