摘要
移动模架方法非常适合于跨江越海等复杂环境下的多跨多联预应力混凝土箱梁桥的施工,在我国已经具有一定的应用基础。详细分析了移动模架系统构成和各部分功能特点,可以基于此进行目前移动模架装置的设计优化与改善。系统归纳了移动模架施工的关键技术,包括模架系统安装、移动模架施工、模架装置前移等工序,总结了施工要点。对移动模架施工存在的典型工程问题进行了剖析,包括梁体线形控制难度和悬臂端底板开裂问题,并给出了控制解决措施,促进移动模架施工方法的改进与实践。
This paper analyzed the composition and each part functional characteristics of moving mould frame system in detail, the design optimization and improvement of the current moving mould frame device could be carried out based on it. It also systematically summarized the key technology of moving mould frame construction,including the mould frame system installation, moving mould frame construction, working procedures such as mould frame device forward movement, and summarized the main points of construction. It also analyzed the existing typical engineering problems in the construction of moving mould frame, including the problems of the beam alignment control difficulty and the cracking of the cantilever end plate. It also gave the control measures to promote the improvement and practice of the moving mould construction method.
