摘要
利用SEM, EDS,XRD,气孔率,抗压强度等测试手段,分析烧结温度(1250~1550℃)对耐火材料用钙铝石/富镁晶石复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:经过1450~1550℃温度下烧结得到的复合材料中形成了更强的富镁晶石与钙铝石的衍射峰,刚玉相已经完全消失,确定最佳烧结温度范围为1450~1550℃。在1250~1550℃温度范围内,对试样烧结后形成了平板形的钙铝石大块晶体;当烧结温度升高后,富镁晶石相的晶粒将会不断生长变大并形成清晰的八面体结构。随烧结温度的增加,复合材料气孔率表现出减小的变化规律,1450℃下对应的气孔率为40.28%,1550℃下对应的气孔率为33.68%。试样的抗压强度表现出随烧结温度升高而增大的趋势。
The effect of sintering temperature(1250-1550 ℃) on the properties of calcium aluminate/magnesium-rich crystal composite for refractories was analyzed by means of SEM, EDSX RD, porosity, compression strength, etc. The results show that, a stronger diffraction peak of magnesium-rich crystal and calcium aluminate is formed in the composites sintered at1450 ℃, and the corundum phase disappeared completely. The optimum sintering temperature range is determined to be1450-1550 ℃. In the temperature range of 1250-1550 ℃, the sample is sintered to form a plate-shaped bulk crystal of calcium bauxite. With the increase of sintering temperature, the grain size of magnesium-rich crystal phase will continue to grow and form a clear octahedral structure. With the increase of sintering temperature, the porosity of composites decreases. The porosity corresponding to 1450 ℃ is 40.28% and the porosity corresponding to 1550 ℃ is 33.68%. The compressive strength of the sample increases with the increase of sintering temperature.
