基于熵权和TOPSIS法研究宁波舟山港口综合发展

摘要 随着港口规模的不断扩大,港口发展对推动我国经济具有重要影响,港口之间的相互竞争日益加剧,如何使港口可持续稳定发展成为各国关注的焦点。以此为背景,本文以上海港和宁波-舟山港等几个主要沿海港口为研究对象,根据港口发展的实际情况建立了涵盖港口自然条件和管理水平在内的五大方面港口综合发展评价指标体系,利用熵权、TOPSIS法对港口综合发展进行深入透彻的实证分析。简单分析各大港口发展中存在的优势与问题,并针对宁波-舟山港提出了实质性的发展建议。 With the continuous expansion of the port scale, the development of the port has an important im-pact on the promotion of China's economy.The competition between the ports has become increasingly fierce.How to make the port's sustainable and stable development become the focus of attention of all countries.Based on this background, several major coastal ports, such as the Shanghai Port and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port,were studied. Based on the actual conditions of port development, the five-port comprehensive development e-valuation index system covering ports' natural conditions and management levels was established. By using the entropy weight and TOPSIS method, a thorough and thorough empirical analysis of the comprehensive development of the port was conducted. A simple analysis of the advantages and problems existing in the development of ma-jor ports has provided substantive development proposals for Ningbo-Zhoushan Port.
