摘要
中小微企业虽然规模较小,但数量众多,在促进经济增长、增加就业、稳定社会以及推进新型城镇化建设等方面具有重要作用。然而,在社会经济转型时期中小微企业的发展却陷入金融支持不足、产品定价能力较弱、创新人才匮乏等困境。鉴于此,中小微企业应主动集聚成产业集群,以抵御市场风险;打造产业跨界联盟协同创新,提升产品竞争力;政府则应有针对性地提供公共产品,并积极提升公共服务效率,助力中小微企业突破发展困境。
Despite occupying a small proportion, SMEs take up a large number and play an important role in promoting economic growth, increasing employment, stabilizing the society and advancing the construction of new urbanization. However, in the period of social economic transformation, the development of SMEs has been in the predicament of insufficient financial support, weak pricing power and lack of innovative talents. In view of this, SMEs should spontaneously gather into industrial clusters in order to resist market risk on one hand, on the other hand create industrial cross boundary alliances so as to enhance the competitiveness of products. At the same time, the government are supposed to provide public products correspondingly and promote the efficiency of public service actively, which will be conducive to breaking SME ＇s development dilemma.
