摘要
以有源中点箝位(ANPC)三电平变换器作为主要研究对象,对开路故障电流分析,通过研究归纳在两种载波调制方法下瞬时功率的特征,提出一种有效的器件开路故障诊断方法。该方法由检测出的瞬时电流得到瞬时功率的极值和相角,通过对比归纳瞬时功率特征量的规律诊断故障,多次检测诊断信号后发出诊断信号,执行容错控制算法。该方法具有诊断精度高、成本低且可靠性高等优点,最后通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Through analyzing the open-circuit fault current and the study of the two carrier modulation method under the instantaneous power characteristics, an effective device open circuit fault diagnosis method is proposed and applied to active neutral point clamped(ANPC) three-level converter.Detecting instantaneous current, the extreme value and the phase angle of the instantaneous power are obtained, and the fault can be diagnosed by comparing the regularity of the instantaneous power characteristic quantity.After the fault signal detected several times,the diagnosis signal is sent out, and the fault-tolerant control algorithm is executed.The method has the advantages of high precision, low cost and high reliability.At last ,the correctness and validity of the method are verified by simulation and experiment.
