摘要
目的探究阿罗格变应原NHD脱敏治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院于2015年2月至2017年10月收治的180例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组(n=90)应用传统治疗法,研究组(n=90)应用阿罗格变应原NHD脱敏治疗法。对比分析两组患者的前后症状表现、体征分级情况及总有效率。结果经治疗后,研究组的症状缓解程度、体征分级情况及总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对过敏性鼻炎患者进行阿罗格变应原NHD脱敏治疗,可有效改善患者的相应症状,促进体征正常化,提高临床效率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of desensitization of allergic rhinitis in allergic rhinitis. Methods Choose 180 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group（n=90） was treated with traditional therapy, and the study group（n=90） was treated with NHD desensitization of Allergen＇s allergen. Comparative analysis of the symptoms before and after the two groups of patients, the physical status of the classification and the total effective rate. Results After the treatment, the symptom relief degree, the physical status and the total effective rate of the study group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Allergic rhinitis in patients with allergic rhinitis NHD desensitization therapy can effectively improve the patient＇s corresponding symptoms, promote normalization of signs and improve clinical efficiency, it is worth promoting.
