摘要
目的探讨结肠镜肠黏膜活检的临床应用价值以及病理价值。方法本次研究随机选取2016年7月至2017年8月获得结肠镜肠粘膜活检组织者164例。对164例受检者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果对164例患者进行结肠镜检查与活检情况显示,非特异性炎症53例,结肠和直肠癌共检出49例。结论结肠镜黏膜活检具有安全性高、简便易操作等优点,对非特异性炎症、直肠癌以及结肠癌等常见病理类型具有良好的诊断作用,可为临床诊断病情提供准确依据,值得广泛推广和临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value and pathological value of colonoscopic biopsy of the intestinal mucosa. Methods This study randomly selected 164 patients who underwent colonoscopic biopsy from July 2016 to August 2017. The clinical and pathological data of 164 subjects were retrospectively analyzed. Results Colonoscopy and biopsy of 164 patients showed 53 cases of nonspecific inflammation and 49 cases of colon and rectal cancer. Conclusion Colonoscopy biopsy has the advantages of high safety, simple and easy to operate. It has good diagnostic effect on the common pathological types such as nonspecific inflammation, rectal cancer and colon cancer. It can provide an accurate basis for clinical diagnosis, and it is worthy of extensive popularization and clinical application.
