摘要
目的探析在临床治疗小儿哮喘中施以孟鲁司特联合布地奈德的施行疗效。方法随机筛选于2016年1月至2018年1月入院接受诊疗的1200例小儿哮喘患儿,平均分配为探析组与对照组,各600例。对照组(n=600)单纯施以布地奈德进行治疗,探析组(n=600)在布地奈德药物治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特进行联合治疗。将两组的施行疗效、肺功能指标情况进行分析与比较。结果探析组的施行疗效明显优于对照组;相比于对照组,探析组的肺功能指标情况得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗小儿哮喘中施以孟鲁司特联合布地奈德,疗效可观,能够明显改善患儿肺功能情况。在临床中,具有广泛借鉴意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods A total of 1,200 children with pediatric asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected as probing group and control group, with an average of 600 in each group. The control group（n=600） was treated with budesonide alone. The group treated with budesonide（n=600） was treated with montelukast in combination with budesonide. The two groups of the implementation of efficacy, lung function indicators were analyzed and compared. Results The effect of the analysis group was obviously better than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, the lung function index of the group was obviously improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide in clinical treatment of pediatric asthma has significant curative effect and can significantly improve the pulmonary function in children. In clinical practice, with a wide range of reference.
