摘要
自然科技类博物馆缺乏"天然"的优质IP,与文博类博物馆以"要素文创"为主的发展模式不同,其需要依托内容特色发掘原创IP,走"教育文创"的发展之路。博物馆教育文创产品包括展览、活动以及基于二者的衍生品,通过机构间的合作和直接面向终端顾客的销售实现科技成果的科普转化。博物馆是教育文创产品的研发者和设计者,也是项目的管理者和人才的培育者,整个生产过程即是知识和方法的集成创新过程。当前全国各省市文创成果转化政策纷纷出台,但由于博物馆的非营利属性,教育文创产品的成本、定价与市场尚存在脱节,且对教育文创的认定、评估尚不明确,加之知识产权保护等问题,自然科技类博物馆教育文创的可持续发展之路面临重重挑战。
The natural science and technology museums lack natural high-quality IP. The development of cultural creativity is different from the model of history and art museums, which is based on existing IP, that is elemental creativity. It is necessary for natural science and technology museums to explore original IP based on content features, that is educational cultural and creative products. It covers exhibitions, activities and other relative derivative educational content. It can make the transformation from research achievements to popular interests through inter-agency cooperation and direct service to customers. The main goal of educational cultural and creative products is to make science more popular, and its production is an integrated innovation process of knowledge and methods. In this process, the museum is developer and designer of IP, but also the manager of project and the cultivator of talents. However, the road to sustainable development of museum educational cultural creativity is still facing many challenges. Due to the characteristics of non-profit organizations, the high costs would bring lots pressures to museums. The non-marketized pricing model, the unclear national and regional policies, the weak protection of intellectual property rights, all above factors would also affect the development of museum educational cultural creativity.
