摘要
进入21世纪,世界发展的核心是人类发展,人类发展的主题是绿色发展。坚持将绿色发展作为推进生态文明建设的重要支撑,坚持在绿色发展理念引领下推进生态文明城市建设,是加快中国新型城镇化发展和建设美丽中国的必由之路。推进生态文明城市建设,离不开正确的理论指导、科学的城市规划、完善的法律法规和社会公众的绿色行为养成。
In twenty -first Century, the core of world development is human development, and the theme ofhuman development is green development. Adhering to promoting the urban construction of ecological civilizationwith the support and guidance of the concept of green development is the only way to accelerate the development ofnew urbanization and to builda beautiful China. The urban construction of ecological civilization is inseparable fromcorrect theoretical guidance, scientific urban planning, perfect laws and regulations, and the formation anddevelopment of green behaviors of the public.
