摘要
目的研究钬激光治疗泌尿系结石手术护理方法及效果。方法选取本院2012年到2013年收治的50例行钬激光治疗泌尿结石的患者,对手术前后实行护理干预,总结护理方法,分析护理效果。结果在以上50例患者中,49例一次性碎石成功,成功率达到98%,住院天数平均为5.6d。结论对于钬激光治疗泌尿结石手术的患者,实行术前心理护理、术前准备、术后常规护理、并发症观察及护理等措施,能有效预防并发症的发生,并促进了患者的早日康复。
Objective To study the holmium laser in the treatment of urinary calculi surgery nursing methods and effect.Methods 50 patients were selected our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were underwent holmium laser for the treatment of urinary calculi,to implement nursing intervention before and after operation,to summarize the nursing methods and to analyze the nursing effect.Results In 50 cases,49 cases succeeded in rubble,and the success rate of 98%,the average hospitalization days was 5.6 d.Conclusion Holmium laser in the treatment of patients with urinary calculi surgery,preoperative psychological nursing,preoperative preparation and postoperative routine nursing care,complications of observation and nursing measures,prevent the happening of the complications,and promote the patient recover soon.
