摘要
目的对慢性萎缩性胃炎的内科治疗措施与效果进行分析。方法将本院在2017年4月至2018年3月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者共计68例作为研究对象,将全部患者分为两组:对照组(34例)和观察组(34例),对照组治疗方法为常规治疗,观察组治疗方法为在常规治疗的基础上应用替普瑞酮进行治疗。结果比较两组患者的治疗总有效率情况,观察组显著高于对照组,并比较两组患者的Hp转阴率和疾病复发率情况,观察组情况均优于对照组,两组结果比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论选择常规治疗联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,能够取得较好的治疗效果,整体治疗情况佳,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic measures and effects of medical treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups：the control group（34 cases） and the observation group（34 cases）.The control group was treated as a routine treatment,the treatment method of the observation group was used on the basis of routine treatment.Treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the two groups was compared,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the rate of Hp conversion and the recurrence rate of the disease in the two groups were compared,the observation group was better than the control group,the results of the two groups were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by conventional therapy and teprarone can achieve better therapeutic effect,the overall treatment is good,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
