摘要
目的探讨清热固本法治疗风热表虚型丝状角膜炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法临床纳入风热表虚型丝状角膜炎患者80例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用人工泪液治疗,研究组接受清热固本法联合人工泪液,观察两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后两组患者角膜丝状物情况、角膜荧光素染色(FL)以及症状评分等。结果研究组治疗有效率为89.74%,对照组治疗有效率为70.00%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组OSDI、FL评分明显低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论清热固本法治疗风热表虚型丝状角膜炎具有较好的临床疗效,改善临床症状,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingreguben method in the treatment of filamentous keratitis with Asthenia of wind-heat type. Methods A total of 80 patients with filamentous keratitis were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with artificial tears. The study group received the combination of Qingreguben therapy and artificial tears. The clinical efficacy, corneal filamentous substance, FL, and symptom scores were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The effective rate was 89.74% in the study group and 70.00% in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the OSDI and FL scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. No significant adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups of patients during the treatment period. Conclusion Qingreguben therapy has better clinical efficacy and lessen clinical symptoms in treating filamentous keratitis of Asthenia of wind-heat type.
