摘要
目的分析自拟方醒脑汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床治疗效果。方法选取门源县中医院于2014年4月至2016年4月收治68例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,采用单盲法分为对照组、观察组。对照组(n=34)予以茴拉西坦胶囊治疗,观察组(n=34)予以自拟方醒脑汤治疗。比较两组患者的症状积分和总疗效。结果 (1)两组患者症状积分对比:观察组的症状积分显著低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)两组患者总疗效率对比:观察组的总疗效率(97.06%)显著高于对照组(82.35%),两组对比差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对血管性痴呆患者采用自拟方醒脑汤治疗,可有效改善其临床症状,提高总疗效率,值得大力推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xingnao Decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods A total of 68 patients with vascular dementia were enrolled in Menyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2014 to April 2016. The single-blind method was used to the control group a,nd observation group. The control group （n=34） was treated with aniracetam capsule, and the observation group （n=34） was treated with Xingnao Decoction. The symptom scores and total efficacy of the 2 groups were compared. Results （1） Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups： Symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; （2） Comparison of the total curative effect rate between the two groups： the total curative effect rate （97.06%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （82.35%）, There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vascular Patients with dementia treated with self-made Fang Xingnao Decoction can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and increase the total curative effect rate, which is worth promoting.
