摘要
目的研究应用中药药浴治疗婴儿湿疹的中医综合护理措施的效果。方法将本院在2017年2月至2018年2月收治的婴儿湿疹患者作为研究对象,共计患者188例,将全部患者随机分组:观察组与对照组,每组患者有94例,给予对照组患者实施常规护理方法,给予观察组患者实施中药药浴联合中医综合护理措施。结果比较两组患者的痊愈率,观察组显著高于对照组,比较家属满意度评分,观察组显著高于对照组,两组结果比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将中药药浴治疗婴儿湿疹并对患儿实施中医综合护理措施,效果佳,值得在临床中推荐使用。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing measures of traditional Chinese medicine on infant eczema treated with Chinese medicine bath. Methods A total of 188 patients with baby eczema in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were used as the research object, all patients were randomly grouped： observation group and control group, patients with 94 cases in each group, giving the control group routine nursing methods, giving the observation group patients with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath combined TCM comprehensive nursing measures. Results Compared two groups of patients with cure rate, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, compare the family satisfaction ratings, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, compared two groups of results, the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of infant eczema with traditional Chinese medicine bath and the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for children with traditional Chinese medicine are effective and worthy of clinical recommendation.
