摘要
继续医学教育能够让在职医务人员接受并掌握新知识和新技术,并且了解世界实时的医疗动态和状况。而随着医学技术不断发展,继续医学教育也更加凸显出重要性。针对丰台区各级医疗机构的医务人员继续医学教育的工作情况进行研究,调查了医务人员对于继续医学教育的培训等相关问题,剖析了问题存在的原因并且为继续医学教育提出了合理建议。
Continuing medical education enables in-service medical personnel to accept and master new knowledge and technologies, and understand the world’s real-time medical developments and conditions. With the continuous development of medical technology, continuing medical education also has many problems and shortcomings. In this paper, the work of continuing medical education in medical institutions at all levels in Fengtai District is studied. The training of medical personnel for continuing medical education and other related problems were investigated. The causes of the problems were analyzed and some reasonable suggestions for continuing medical education were put forward.
