摘要
后浇带是在建筑施工中为防止现浇钢筋混凝土结构由于自身收缩不均或沉降不均可能产生的有害裂缝,从而在结构施工阶段留设的临时施工缝。但由于其涉及范围广、留设时间长、支设要求高、质量控制难度大等特点,成为工程建设的关键过程。从定型化、可调化角度出发进行研究,提供一种可以调节、可周转、易拆除、可复制、可推广的后浇带临时支撑调节体系,从而解放后浇带位置的模板与排架支设,降低工程建设成本。
Thepost-caststripisthetemporaryconstructionjointleftattheconstructionstageofstructuretoprevent the harmful cracks of the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure possibly caused by itself uneven contract or settlement. However, due to the characteristics of wide involving range, long leaving time, high establishment requirement and great quality control difficulty, it becomes the key process of engineering construction. Studying fromthe canalization and adjustable angles, a temporarysupport adjustable systemofpost-cast strip able toadjust,toturnover,toduplicate,topopularizeandeasytodismantleisprovidedsoastoliberatetheformworkandframebent atthepositionofpost-caststrip,andtoreducetheengineeringconstructioncost.
