摘要
为了满足胡家峁煤炭集运站的装车要求,基于快速定量装车系统和移动式装车系统的结构组成和工作原理分析,从技术特点、主要投资和地面布置三个方面,对两种装车系统设计方案进行对比,并结合设计要求确定最佳方案。多方面分析表明:胡家峁煤炭集运站宜选用移动式装车系统,不但投资少,有利于汾西荣欣专用线向前延长,而且易于控制装车的均匀程度和提高装车效率。
In order to meet the coal loading requirement at the collecting-transfer station, analysis is made of the structural design and working principle of both rapid constant-rate loading system and mobile loading system. Then the 2 different loading systems are compared from 3 aspects, i.e. technical feature, initial capital cost and surface layout, so as to define the most preferable system that can meet the design requirements. Analysis made in various aspects indicates that the use of mobile system can lead to reduction of investment, facilitation of further extension of Fenxirongxin special railway line, better control of consistency of coal loaded, and improvement of loading efficiency.
