摘要
在米桑油田开闭排撬块系统的设计中,针对介质特点,选择了单螺杆泵这种泵形式,设置了泵的转速,选用了集装式单端面平衡型机械密封,对入口管线设置考虑了管线热应力及防干运转两大因素。设计选型紧密结合现场实际情况,使螺杆泵在开闭排撬块系统中得到了有效的运用。
In the design of the open and closed drainage block system in Misan Oilfleld,the pump type of single screw pump was selected reasonably for the characteristics of the medium.The speed of the pump was set and the single-end balanced mechanical seal was selected.The inlet pipeline setting takes into account the two factors of pipeline thermal stress and anti-dry operation.The design selection is closely combined with the actual situation of the site,so that the screw pump has been effectively used in the opening and closing block system.
