摘要
安全联锁系统是对石油化工等生产装置可能发生的危险进行自动响应和干预,确保生产装置出现问题、事故时,装置能进入安全状态,从而保障生产安全,避免造成重大人身伤害及重大财产损失的控制系统。同时该系统能有效地实现开车、运行、停车等自动控制。介绍了Honeywell SM系统在陕西奥维乾元化工有限公司多元料浆气化炉中的应用,案例的成功应用,具有一定的借鉴和推广意义。
Safety interlocking system is a control system which can automatic respond and intervene in the possible dangerous situation for petrochemical plants. When production equipments have problems or accidents, safety interlocking system will ensure the safety of the plant and avoid serious personal injury and property loss. Also, this system can effectively realize the automatic start-up, running and shutdown for the petrochemical plants. This paper introduces the ESD system application for multi-component slurry gasifler in Sxawqy Chemical Co.,ltd. The successful application deserves referring and popularizing in petrochemical plants.
